There are two options as how to recharge your electronic vouchers:
- In person at contact points
- Via DPP e-shop (Prague Public Transport Company e-shop) (available only in Czech).
Procedure when recharging electric vouchers at contact points
- Visit the most convenient contact point.
- Submit your Opencard to the staff.
- Inform the staff for how long and when you want your voucher to be valid.
- For the list of vouchers and prices according to tariffs and tariff zones, visit DPP website (Prague Public Transport Company website).
- If you are a passenger that uses a discounted tariff for “disabled pensioner” or qualify for a “low income” discount, submit a document which will prove this fact when topping up your credit for the first time (inquire about the form of this document at DPP (Prague Public Transport Company) infoline: 296 19 18 17).
- Pay the corresponding fee for the electronic voucher.
- You can use public transport with Opencard from the date you chose as commencement date.

Note: Prior to the first order of vouchers with discounted tariffs (Child, Junior, Student, Senior), it is necessary to activate the card for the discount:
- When purchasing the voucher in person at a contact point
- By inserting the card into a validator – inside 24 hours of time, the e-shop system will display that you are entitled for discount
