I Want a Card
Read the conditions and submit the completed application form. You will receive the card either by post or you can collect it in person.

Card Replacement
If you want to exchange the card, you need to resubmit the card application form. Take the old card with you to the contact point.

Card blocking and unblocking
You can block/unblock the card either via phone or at a contact point.

Loss of Card
In cases of loss, we recommend to block the card to avoid any misuse. Then you can apply for a new card.

Change of Personal Data
Change of personal data is free of charge. For changes of name or photograph, it is necessary to replace the card.

Card Cancellation
If you want to cancel the card, you have to complete an Opencard cancellation form and attach the card.

Purchase of Opencard Vouchers

Substitute Document
It can be used for travelling with Prague Integrated Transport in case the original card doesn’t work.

Suspension of yearly ticket

Complaint
If the card doesn’t work, you can submit a complaint at selected contact points. You can complain of incorrect print via the internet.
