How Not to Handle Card
You must not bend, break or otherwise mechanically damage Opencard. The card also must not be exposed to temperatures below – 10 °C or higher than 40 °C or to the effects of alternating electric or magnetic fields.
You can’t exchange your card for free in following cases:
- The card is visibly damaged (partially broken, has a cut, deformed)
- Integrity of the card is damaged (has a hole, cut, is partially or fully broken)
- Card is bent (If the card lies on the table, the bend is bigger than 2 mm in one place)
- There are notches and hollows on the surface of the card (when you run your nail on the surface, it gets stuck)
